Empower,
Nurture,
Blossom
At Seeds of Grace, we are on a mission to prevent intimate partner violence and promote healthy relationships among young girls in rural Uasin Gishu. According to the World Health Organization, a staggering 1 in 4 girls experience intimate partner violence before the age of 24, with even higher rates in marginalized communities.
Through our grassroots efforts, we strive to educate and empower girls aged 13-17 with the knowledge and skills needed to cultivate self-love, identify unhealthy relationship patterns, and make informed choices about their relationships.

Our approach
1) Film Screenings – We curate short films that depict various relationship dynamics, fostering dialogue and critical thinking.
2) Focus Group Discussions – Participants reflect on the films, share personal experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
3) Journaling Sessions – Girls document their insights, cementing the lessons learned and gaining access to professional referral pathways when needed.
By combining multimedia education, peer support, and self-reflection activities, we aim to instil confidence, self-worth, and the ability to recognize and avoid intimate partner violence.
Join the Seeds of Grace movement today and be a part of the change, empowering young girls to blossom into strong, independent individuals capable of nurturing healthy relationships.
Together, we can break the cycle of violence and cultivate a brighter future for the young women of rural Uasin Gishu.
